1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and registered contact details.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The product is missing from the order.
• The product received does not match the product ordered.

For damaged or incorrect products, customers must contact Gupta Home Made promptly after delivery and provide clear photographs or videos of the package and product as evidence.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided when:

• The customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
• The package has been opened or used.
• The product has been damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
• The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
• The customer refuses to accept the delivery without a valid reason.
• The refund request is made after the applicable return/refund period.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Please keep the original packaging and product intact until the issue has been reviewed.

Depending on the situation, Gupta Home Made may provide a replacement or eligible refund.

5. Return Conditions

For eligible returns, the product must:

• Be unused and unopened.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Have all original labels and packaging intact.
• Be returned according to the instructions provided by Gupta Home Made.

Opened food products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and food-safety considerations.

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Gupta Home Made, such as delivery of the wrong product or a damaged product.
